About Me
Stephany is from Virginia in the United States. She has worked in Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the US in a variety of settings providing therapeutic and counselling support. Stephany believes that we are the experts of our own lives. Through support, skill building, and empowerment we can successful navigate challenges that arise and use past experiences to support us with new obstacles.
Stephany utilizes a variety of techniques with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. She has lots of experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Giftedness, Anxiety, behavioral, and social/emotional needs.
Stephany is currently based in Zug and is able to provide supportive coaching and consulting services in English. She offers in-home, office, or school-based services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
When working with youth, she is also happy to work with the parents and the school to ensure that skills are being generalized in all settings to help the child achieve success. Stephany has spent 10 years working in schools and understands the system and the challenges that arise.
